Bayside Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is a collaborative idea developed by David A. Brown, P.T. and Kevin C. Wrenn, D.P.T. Their goal was to create a physical therapy company that puts patients' needs as a priority - we listen first, understand second, evaluate third, and communicate the findings and develop a treatment plan focused on maximizing their health and well-being. Bayside Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation , voted "The Best" for 10 years running by local Shore Update publication readers, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Stevensville. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Master's degree or equivalent is a plus
• Reliable transportation, this position will split coverage with a nearby local Bayside clinic
• Current state of Maryland license, CPR certification
• Exercise and manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience
• Outgoing and energetic personality

Additional Information

Bonus / Incentive Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
