Specializing in TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing systems, we excel in delivering durable and energy-efficient roofing solutions tailored to meet the needs of commercial and industrial clients. While our primary markets are concentrated in the Southeast, our capabilities extend nationwide, allowing us to effectively serve clients wherever their projects take them.

We are currently looking to add a B2B Sales professional with experience developing regional accounts to join our team. This role will have opportunities to support growth in the Carolinas.

If you are a proven sales leader with an ability to work independently with a history of closing large ticket sales and relationship selling, let's discuss how this may be a good fit for you. This is an individual contributor role working with a highly technical, well-resourced and supported sales team with national presence.

Purpose of the Job

To grow regional sales for all commercial roofing lines of business.

Job Duties

• Work to meet and exceed annual reroof and service sales goals
• Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails and face to face meetings.
• Identify and network with decision makers of regional accounts to secure all business opportunities
• Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers and centers of influence to review roofing sales opportunities
• Manage existing regional accounts and build relationships with key personnel
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and conference call meetings with all stakeholders relevant to meeting company objectives.
• Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts
• Meet and / or exceed territory sales targets
