Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

CT Technologist - CT Tech

\n\n

Job Details : \n

  • Work in the Radiology department at the main campus facility

    • \n

  • Operate GE CT equipment independently (GE 512, GE 128, GE 32 slice scanners)

    • \n

  • Handle approximately 180 CT exams per day across 3 scanners

    • \n

  • Work with 2 techs per scanner during day shifts and total 3 techs during overnight shifts

    • \n

  • Perform routine CT exams for emergency department and inpatient cases only

    • \n

  • Conduct trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA procedures

    • \n

  • Minimum 1 year experience in level 1 trauma setting required

    • \n

  • ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred

    • \n

  • Must demonstrate ability to perform routine CT exams for all types of ED and IP patients

    • \n

  • Follow compassionate care model for patient interactions

    • \n

  • Use Meditech documentation system

    • \n

  • Required uniform : charcoal grey

    • \n

  • Work in Joint Commission accredited facility with CT ACR accreditation

    This healthcare facility is a 345-bed acute-care facility that serves as a Level I Adult and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. The facility offers specialized programs including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, and pediatric intensive care services that are unique to the region.
