Job Summary

Applied Rapid Technologies (ART), a leader in rapid prototyping and advanced manufacturing services, is seeking a technically skilled and business-savvy Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive customer engagement, expand business opportunities, and support cutting-edge technology development. This hybrid role blends technical acumen with sales leadership, supporting both revenue generation and internal innovation efforts including SBIR / OTA proposal development and prototype engineering.

Specific Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales Management

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow ART's presence in commercial and government markets.
• Identify and engage new clients in defense, aerospace, industrial, and medical sectors.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotes, and capability briefings.
• Manage the sales pipeline and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.

Proposal Development – SBIR / OTA / DoD Contracts
