Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Orthodontist — Legacy-Building Partnership Track

Location :  The Children’s Tooth Spa – Northern Liberties, Philadelphia

Schedule :  Start 2 Mondays per month (8 AM – 4 PM)

  • Add days as demand grows
  • Flexible scheduling aligned with availability and patient volume

The Children’s Tooth Spa, one of Philadelphia’s most trusted pediatric dental practices, is launching a new orthodontic department — and we’re looking for a visionary orthodontist to help build it.

We’re offering  something rare : the chance to step into a thriving pediatric patient base, with full operational, marketing, and administrative support — yet still have the creative freedom, leadership role, and ownership path of an entrepreneur.

This is ideal for a doctor who wants to grow a department, shape a brand, and  build long-term equity and impact , not just clock in and out of another office.

Compensation & Partnership

  • $1,250 / day or 30% of net collections (whichever is greater)
  • Partnership and profit-sharing opportunity for the right long-term fit
  • No overhead or startup investment — full infrastructure provided

    • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults
  • Provide Phase I & II treatment, full braces, Invisalign, and advanced appliances
  • Collaborate with pediatric dentists for seamless interdisciplinary care
  • Contribute to department systems, workflows, and growth strategies

    • Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthodontics
  • Invisalign certification required
  • 2–3 years of clinical orthodontic experience preferred
  • Proven success with Invisalign and early-phase orthodontics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for leadership and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and a gentle, confident approach with children and families
