Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Design and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and web traffic.Enhance website content, metadata, and structure according to SEO best practices.Conduct thorough keyword research, backlink analysis, and on-page optimization.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.Identify and rectify technical SEO issues on our WordPress site.Collaborate with content teams to create high-impact, SEO-friendly content.Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Conduct keyword planning, establish bid strategies, run A / B tests, and monitor conversion tracking.Optimize campaigns to achieve the best performance and ROI while managing PPC budgets.Create engaging ad copy and develop optimized landing pages to drive lead generation.Analyze key metrics and provide strategic insights for ongoing campaign improvement.Email, SMS, and Chat Marketing
Design email automations and oversee SMS and chat campaigns tailored to the user journey.Manage the entire campaign process, including planning, segmentation, setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.Utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot for effective campaign delivery.Personalize messaging through data-driven segmentation strategies.Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with industry best practices.Deliver performance analyses of campaigns with actionable insights for future initiatives.Website & Technical Management
Perform minor updates and content management on our WordPress website (including blogs, landing pages, etc.).Collaborate with developers for advanced site enhancements as necessary.Qualifications
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital communications, preferably in B2C, B2B2C, or nonprofit sectors.Demonstrated success managing paid ad campaigns and email / SMS marketing programs.Technical Skills
Proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge, and HubSpot.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Marketing & Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of keyword research, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A / B testing methodologies.Interpersonal & Organizational Skills
