Senior Salesforce Administrator : Architect a Mission-Driven Service Cloud | Remote Flexibility & National Impact

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce expert to join a national leader in in-home healthcare. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and craft scalable solutions that redefine the patient and provider experience. This position can be Hybrid in Orlando, FL, or primarily Remote (with periodic travel to the Orlando, FL Office) for the ideal candidate.
What You Will Achieve :
- Architect the Future of Service : Lead the administration and optimization of a large-scale, multi-site Salesforce Service Cloud, designing sophisticated solutions for Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, and Skills-Based routing.
- Drive Intelligent Automation : Design and implement cutting-edge automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and validation rules to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Innovate the Customer Experience : Configure and deploy Knowledgebase, AI Bots, and CTI integrations (like Service Cloud Voice with Cisco Webex) to empower users with self-service options and provide agents with next-level tools.
- Deliver Actionable Insights : Build complex reports and dynamic dashboards that provide hierarchical visibility into KPIs and case queues, from the front-line agent to the divisional leadership.
- Serve as the Salesforce Guru : Act as the subject matter expert across the organization, mentoring junior team members and championing Salesforce best practices for security, data architecture, and release management.
The Expertise You Must Bring (Required Qualifications) :
This role demands a high level of technical mastery and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will possess :
Salesforce Service Cloud Mastery : 5+ years of hands-on administration experience, specifically within large, multi-group customer support and call center environments.Expert-Level Functional Knowledge : Deep, proven expertise in all facets of Case Management and Omni-Channel architecture and best practices.Advanced Technical Skills : Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and advanced automation tools.Architectural Acumen : Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and complex data architecture.Salesforce Certifications : Multiple Salesforce Certifications, including the foundational Administrator certification.Leadership Qualities : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with a history of translating business needs into technical solutions.Elevate Your Application (Preferred Qualifications) :
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder CertificationDirect experience within the Healthcare IndustryHands-on experience with Service Cloud third-party integrations (e.g., Service Cloud Voice, Cisco Webex, CTI, SMS / email platforms).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc.).Core Competencies & Professional Skills :
