Overview

On-Demand : Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0323). Starting hourly rate : $20.50 USD per hour.

Target On-Demand team members work as much or as little as needed to support store operations. Shifts are posted and can be picked up via the myTime app. Attendance and availability must be reliable; shifts are requested on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve guest issues and improve the guest experience
• Assist with check-out processes, drive-up and order pickup services, and maintain accuracy and efficiency while following safety standards
• Educate guests about Target Loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and app features (Wallet, Target app)
• Handle returns with guidance from leadership and follow Target policies and procedures
• De-escalate situations when needed and recover the guest shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; stock supplies during store hours
• Support cash office processes as needed
• Perform other duties based on business needs
