Summary :
Responsible for supporting the VP of Sales, the assigned sales territories and assisting in maximizing revenue for the company. Supervising the Inside Sales Renewals and CSR staff. Supporting the RSM's in executing sales strategies for the assigned regions. In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Has basic familiarity with the product lines and is able to articulate the features, benefits and pricing of those plans to prospective customers. Assists and trains Regional Sales Managers in quotation process through the CRM system.

Education :
Associate Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
Experience :
10 years of Sales Operations experience to include :
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
- Strong experience in cyber-security, preferably with background in encryption, key management, or authentication.
- Strong background in managing sales forecasting.
- Strong background in working with other team within the company - finance, customer service, senior management
- CRM Co-Admin to update and make design modifications to the CRM system.

Numbers by RSM, Product Family and future forecastOrder Processing - Submit New Purchase Orders to Customer Services for processing. Update CRM to bring the opportunity to 95%. Update and track the backlog and billings.Renewal Service Contracts - update existing renewal service contracts. Create Renewal Service for the next renewal opportunity.Subscription Renewal Contracts - update existing subscription renewal contracts. Create Subscription Renewal opportunity for the next subscription opportunity.Send Service Contracts & Subscription Contracts to CFST or Customer.Update and track the backlog and billings.Review and update billing reports against my backlog report.Create commission accrual report data for finance against the final billings reportsImperva Price Book - Update CRM and maintain the master Imperva price bookPrice Book Knowledge Base - Understand the various price books and updatedWeekly Sales ForecastRenewal Maintenance Forecast to Team Roll-upCRM - CoAdmin to update and make design modifications to the CRM systemCRM - Training for new hires.
