Job Title

As a Credit Analyst, you will conduct daily collection efforts (email, calls, portal reviews) on an assigned portfolio of accounts to resolve and minimize NAS account receivable delinquencies and DSO.

  • Regularly communicate and work with customers, sales, billing, branches, and other departments to resolve past due accounts.
  • Meet or exceed AR KPI's including, current%, >

30 day% and DSO (monthly and annual) and the December cash collection target.

  • Work in multiple customer AP web-based portal systems. This includes researching invoice(s) status, payments, account reconciliations and providing management with weekly / monthly / quarterly updates on customers account status.
  • Actively participate in account discussions during the weekly, monthly, and quarterly NAS AR aging meetings with senior management.
  • Responsible for preparing and distributing weekly / monthly / quarterly NAS AR aging reports.
  • Generate customer statements as requested.
  • Work closely with the billing team to help identify and resolve billing errors.
  • Ensure that notes are provided on the Top 25 accounts and Top 10 high-risk accounts for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly NAS AR meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Prior work experience and proficiency in working in customer web-based portals; Service Channel, Ariba, FM Pilot, EMCOR, Coupa, Officetrax, Corrigo Pro, et al.
  • Prior experience collaborating with remote teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with remote teams, including sales, billing, branch personnel, customers, et al.
  • Good communication, analytical and research skills
  • Good negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal / external customers
  • Excellent customer relations skills

  • The compensation range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $80,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
