We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Fencing Foreman to lead fencing crews on right-of-way and compressor station projects.
This position supports our land clearing and site restoration operations across the tri-state area, ensuring safe and efficient installation of both temporary and permanent fencing systems.
Responsibilities Model and promote good safety practices.
Ensure safety is never compromised.
Supervise and work alongside fencing crews on installation, repair, and removal tasks.
Plan daily work, assign crew duties, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
Interpret site drawings, staking, and client specifications.
Operate or oversee use of post drivers, augers, skid steers, and related equipment.
Monitor material quality, fence alignment, post spacing, and tensioning.
Communicate daily with superintendents and project managers on schedules and materials.
Qualifications 2+ years of fencing experience in oil & gas, right-of-way, or compressor station construction.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing field crews.
Strong knowledge of chain link, livestock, and agricultural fencing installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and staking layouts.
Basic equipment operation and job-site coordination skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
