Intermediate level experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM.
This is a full-time, temporary position. After 3 months, they will evaluate if the project should continue or if they can hire on directly.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.
Pay for this position starts at $25.00 per hour.
As a Recruiter, you will :
- Create and post jobs for hourly positions to various job boards and social media outlets.
- Schedule intake calls with hiring managers.
- Source and qualify candidate resumes.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews.
- Manage the entire candidate experience from pre-screen to offer.
- Collaborate with hiring manager to understand talent needs and ensure candidates are assessed according to the requirements.
- Facilitate interviews.
- Complete all onboarding activities and facilitate pre-employment screenings.
