Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Kingwood, West Virginia — earn up to ($2402 - $2529 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and culture.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a MedSurg nursing role.
Proven track record of meeting performance targets and goals.
Strong knowledge of patient care protocols and safety standards.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation standards.
Ability to utilize data for assessing patient care outcomes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work environment.
