A company is looking for a Grant & Contract Administrator Pre-Award.
Key Responsibilities
Support faculty and research staff in proposal development and submission for externally funded research
Manage a portfolio of proposals, ensuring compliance and timely submission of all administrative components
Provide guidance on sponsor requirements, university policies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate submissions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience
Working knowledge of pre-award project lifecycle activities related to externally funded research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for budget development
Basic knowledge of budgeting principles and sponsor-specific budget formats
Experience supporting sponsored research proposals, including budget development and internal review workflows
