The Marketing Specialist plays an important role on the Account Management Team. Supporting all goals, objectives and initiatives for designated lines of business, product teams and marketing is paramount. This position leverages their project management skills and experience to ensure projects are completed on time and to help adhere to quality standards and expectations. A moderate degree of planning and proactive thinking are keys to the success of this position, the marketing department and the lines of business served. They should have a strong understanding of marketing principles and possess more interpersonal qualities and capabilities, such as collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

This position reports to the AVP, Marketing Manager of the Account Management Team and collaborates with all members of the Marketing Department.

Additional Job Objectives :

• Project Coordination and Strategic Support

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to submit all project requests for the team

Utilizing the Account Management tools : Creative Briefs, Project Plans, Placement Plans, Analytics, Agendas, etc.

Oversee the tracking reporting for marketing initiatives managed through the Marketing Account Management team and projects as assigned - digital, print, email, etc.
