Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Cleveland, TN. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine medical procedures. The role involves coordinating with the healthcare team, documenting patient information, and developing care plans. The Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, complying with infection control guidelines, and supporting patient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general nursing practices, procedures, and skills
  • Experience in administering medications and performing routine medical procedures
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a safe environment
  • Comply with infection control guidelines and support patient rehabilitation
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Tennessee
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or similar healthcare settings is a plus
  • Commitment to excellence and compassion in patient care delivery
