This is an opportunity to join Walser Kia in Minnetonka, a brand-new dealership where you can join the team from day one. Compensation : $40,000 guaranteed base + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential . On Target Earnings in this role are typically $60,000 - $80,000 within the first 1 - 2 years.

Responsibilities :

Upon successful completion of Walser's Sales Training Program for the first four weeks in this role, Automotive Sales Specialists will feel confident walking  customers through the entire vehicle buying process.
