Finance Manager, AI Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization

Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners

Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas

Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management

Help define and implement scalable financial processes

Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics

BA / BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent

Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders

Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company

Experience in data analytics, developing code, and / or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)

Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects

$142,000 / year to $205,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
