SR Commercial Concrete Estimator

Join us in beautiful South East FL!  We are in need   Senior Commercial Concrete Estimator , where you'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the seamless execution of our concrete projects. With your expertise, you'll contribute to our team's efficiency and excellence.

Pay- 100K-130k DOE +  Bonus  and a comprehensive benefits package!

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough estimates for concrete projects, considering all relevant factors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate project planning.
• Review project documents and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to develop competitive and accurate bids.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the estimating process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and material availability to inform the estimating process.
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimators as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
