Lead Mitigation Technician

As a Lead Mitigation Technician at Kustom US, you will play a crucial role in our mission to restore normalcy and safety to environments affected by water, fire, and storm damage. This position involves direct leadership of field crews in conducting effective damage mitigation efforts and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters, to coordinate and execute restoration services that help communities recover rapidly from unforeseen disasters.
