Reference Test Clerk

The schedule for this position will be :

• Monday-Friday 8pm-5pm.
• Requirements :

LabCorp is seeking a Reference Test Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for preparing and sending specimens and test requests to LabCorp and / or contracted reference laboratory for testing, as well as releasing referral test results into the computer system.
• Job Duties / Responsibilities :
• Prepare laboratory specimens for various analysis and testingResearch, troubleshoot and resolve customer and specimen problemsSend test requests to proper location and release test resultsAssist clients with any specimen related requests or inquiresProcess specimens to be sent out to additional facilitiesProvide support to various areas of the laboratoryPerform sample sorting, racking and retrievingPrepare record logs in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain a clean and safe work environment Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
