Day to Day :
Performance Improvement leaders for East Fl division
Working with C-suites to provide PI plans + education
Helping to lead out projects + the coach for our C-suites
Ensure projects remain on track + accomplish KPIs
C Suites : Operational, Corporate, PMs, etc.
Involved in performance review committees – collaborating to identify opportunities for growth
Must-Haves :
- 5–10+ years of experience in Process Improvement, preferably within healthcare or hospital systems
- Project Management System experience
- Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other equivalent quality certification
- Bachelor's degree with four or more years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to assess current operational processes and identify performance improvement (PI) opportunities.
- Strong consultative approach; able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting data from campus-level submissions and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical leaders and cross-functional teams – Integrity + Mission driven
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable improvement strategies.
- Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment

$38.00 / hr to $56.00 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
