• Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm, no call
• 15 - 17 patients daily, potential for lower volume
• Outpatient setting
• 1 - 3 new consults per day
• 50% hematology, 50% oncology case mix
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
