- Experience working within a ticketing system such as Jira to manage social media requests.
- Experience writing and updating social media policy documentation.
- Experience using social media monitoring platforms such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, (proficiency in Sprout Social is a plus).
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience developing Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- This role requires extensive knowledge of social media account creation processes, including Facebook pages, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp Business accounts. In addition, you should have experience working with Meta Business Manager and Google MCC at a level that involves managing multiple users, assets, and ad accounts, including billing setup such as credit lines and payments profiles.
- Experience re-claiming Facebook pages that were launched and never connected to our Meta business manager. This involves troubleshooting how to connect it, recover the page and troubleshooting with our Meta support team.
