We are looking for Spanish bilingual licensed clinicians and Spanish bilingual board-registered associates to become part of our team. Candidates must hold a full license or associate registration with OBLPCT or Oregon BLSW.
This position involves providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to a diverse client base. The team includes clinicians from various backgrounds, and applicants should be prepared to work with individuals across different cultural, faith, and socioeconomic groups.
Candidates must be able to travel to the SW Portland office for in-person services at least once per week. Licensed clinicians interested in leadership roles or clinical supervision opportunities are also invited to apply. Applicants should be willing to work in a setting characterised by diversity in clientele, including but not limited to LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrant, and individuals or families of various faiths especially Christians and Muslims. The practice is minority-owned.
Therapists will work with children, youth, and adults, providing therapy either in-person or via telehealth. Positions are part-time or part-time to full-time, with flexible schedule. This is a small group practice setting primarily serving Medicaid (OHP) and commercial insurance clients. Do allow 3-6 months to grow your caseload. We are seeking Clinicians who will grow with us and stay long term.
All positions are hybrid (in-person at our SW Portland office and remote). Do not apply if you cannot travel to our Portland Office at least 1 day per week.
The role is open to licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and board-registered associates (Professional Counselor Associate, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Clinical Social Worker Associate). QMHPs not pursuing board registration should not apply.
Onsite clinical supervision is available for professional counselor associates, and marriage and family therapist associates; CSWAs receive financial support toward external supervision costs.

Position Overview :
The Mental Health Therapist provides counseling and mental health services within marital and family contexts. Responsibilities include individual, couples, family, and / or group therapy; evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and psychological issues; maintaining necessary documentation for third-party payers; and case management linking to community resources. Most clients use insurance (OHP and commercial). All positions are W-2 employee status and at-will. Therapists set their own schedule and may choose the number of hours they work per week. A minimum of 16 billable direct service hours per week is required.
