Service Advisor

Position : Service Advisor at Max Motors Dealerships

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Max Motors Dealerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and enjoys providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Communicate with customers to determine their needs and provide recommendations for services

Prepare and explain service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy

Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload

Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and answer any questions they may have

Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs

Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service to our customers

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in computer systems and software

Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic mechanical skills is an asset

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
