Warehouse Customer Service

The Entry-Level Associate is an entry-level position with an opportunity for on-the-job training and development for someone that has already completed a four year college degree program. (We offer separate internships for current college students!)

Duties / Responsibilities

• As a Career Associate , you will :
• Learn warehouse operations —shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Operate a forklift (training provided).
• Utilize ERP and inventory management software for tracking and inquiries.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
