The VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist – Mammography to provide imaging services to our Veteran patients. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of mammography exams and ensure compliance with American College of Radiology (ACR) quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams, magnification views, and needle localizations.

Conduct and document daily, weekly, and monthly quality control tests per ACR and VHA standards.

Maintain imaging equipment performance and troubleshoot as needed.

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure safe and accurate patient care.

Utilize PACS, CPRS, and Radiology Vista systems efficiently.

Requirements :

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography.

California State License in Radiography and Fluoroscopy.

BLS certification (AHA).

Minimum 2 years of recent mammography experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

COMPENSATION : $43.00 per hour
