A company is looking for an Encompass Administrator to optimize systems and support teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary expert and point of contact for the Encompass Loan Origination System across departments
Collaborate with various teams to resolve application issues and manage system updates and enhancements
Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and ensure operational needs are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline strongly preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Encompass Administration experience required
3-5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
Current knowledge of writing business rules in Encompass
Willingness to work extended hours for deployments or to resolve critical issues
