Trade Compliance Contractor

A company is looking for a Trade Contractor - L2.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ITAR and EAR export jurisdiction and classification reviews of hardware, software, and technical data

Implement trade compliance policies in accordance with U.S. Export Regulations and conduct compliance audits

Provide export classifications to support licensing and agreement applications, and ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience

Experience in export compliance and jurisdiction classification

Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively

Experience in developing and deploying training programs related to trade compliance
