Senior Executive Recruiter - Accounting & Finance, Search & Consultant | LHH

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to plant and operations leadership
  • Analyze capital investments and provide financial recommendations
  • Perform sensitivity and variance analyses to support decision-making
  • Develop and optimize product standard costing
  • Collaborate across departments on impactful initiatives
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience
  • Background in manufacturing operations is required
  • Willingness to travel to plant locations as needed
