Overview : Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team , supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement , Voalte, Genesys , and Teams to keep care moving smoothly. What You’ll Do Triage calls & transfers like a pro Coordinate air and ground transport Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams Manage patient placement across hospitals Schedule 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks Rotating holidays (2 major 1 minor) No call shifts ✅ What We’re Looking For RN with 2 years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus) Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment Why You’ll Love It : Make a direct impact on patient flow and hospital operations Work with a supportive, collaborative team Hands-on experience with multiple systems and processes Qualifications : Education : Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN preferred. Experience : Two year, required. Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred. Licensure / Certification : Current RN license, required. Additional Skills (required) : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems. Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
