What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a biomechanical research team supporting strategic initiatives
  • Oversee study design, execution, and publication of results
  • Partner with surgeons and external research sites to advance studies
  • Provide leadership in hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
  • Serve as the point of contact for biomechanical research across the organization
