FT 72 hours (work 7 days on and then off for 7 days)\nEvening / night from 4pm to 2 : 30 am (last two nights shifts go until 3 : 30am to make up 72 hours total). Next rotation will start on 10 / 1 / 25 to 10 / 7 / 25 and is every other week from there. \n\nEOW \n\nPharmacists work every other weekend. Pharmacists are responsible for working any weekend or holiday that falls on their scheduled 7 day rotation. \n\nPreferred EPIC EMR experience\n\nIndiana State License required
