A company is looking for an Operations and Fulfillment Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze implementation source documents for new business, renewals, and cancellations
Communicate with matrix partners to ensure accuracy of source documents and begin the install process in VISTA
Maintain departmental metrics and provide leadership support for projects and assignments
Required Qualifications
Prior experience with the company is required
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of knowledge of the company's administrative capabilities
Preferred minimum of five years of experience with software and system-based applications
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
