Project Coordinator
The Communications Department of the Enrollment Division is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator. Both UVA undergraduate and graduate, federal work-study, students are welcome to apply for this position. This position will be Hybrid with at least two hours per week of in-person time required for collaboration. The in-person segment will be located in Booker House 1709 University Avenue Charlottesville, VA 22903.
Department Overview
At the University of Virginia, the Enrollment division works to recruit, enroll, and support UVA's student body. Enrollment offices at UVA include the Office of Undergraduate Admission, Office of the University Registrar, UVA One Stop, AdviseVA, and Commonwealth Partnerships. The Enrollment Communications team serves as a central resource for these units helping to shape and share the University's story. Enrollment Communications is building a Student Creative Team, composed of three different positions to help support the communications work of our unit.
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator helps us plan and align communications projects across Enrollment. You're the third-base coach, the stage manager, the shift leader you make sure projects stay on track, people stay focused, and work is completed to UVA standards. This position helps translate big visions into actionable plans, creating milestones and timelines in our project management software, ClickUp. The Project Coordinator will also sit in on key student-centric events (e.g. admission tours) to audit experiences through a student's lens, which has a focus on communication successes and opportunities for improvement.

Compensation will be offered as follows : undergraduate students $15.00 per hour and graduate students $16.00 per hour.
Position starts September 29, 2025 and ends May 8, 2026.
Work Study Assignment starts September 29, 2025 or later and ends May 8, 2026.
