Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to the Company's clients in a helpful, efficient manner by delivering exceptional technical delivery and seamless communication between the client and the company.
• Control the processing and fulfillment of all service orders, field client inquiries, and resolve client complaints.
• Provide system training to clients and discuss technical aspects about a system or equipment when appropriate.
• Recommend upgrades when necessary.
