Responsibilities :  ,, ,, Responsibilities include ,,the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses as well as focusing on preventive care. ,, The ideal candidate will be proficient with obtaining patient history, performing physical exams and developing individualized treatment plans.  ,, ,,Other responsibilities include appropriate baseline screenings, health-risk assessments and managing immunizations and routine well-care exams. ,, Top candidates possess excellent interpersonal skills as it relates to developing effective physician-patient communication and personalized counseling as it relates to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease management. ,, Opportunity for in-house referral within a large multi-specialty group.
