Key Responsibilities
Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion within existing customer accounts
Drive retention and manage high-value renewals and expansions across the product portfolio
Develop senior and executive relationships and collaborate on account planning to drive business growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years in account management, inside sales, or customer success with Enterprise customers
Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across cultures
Experience with strategic global account planning and maximizing customer engagement
Track record of meeting performance goals and managing complex sales cycles
Experience advocating for customer interests and developing high-revenue deals
