East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA) is the preeminent anesthesia group in North Carolina and we want you to join our growing team! We are seeking ambitious and driven anesthetists to join our team at ECU Health SurgiCenter due to site and department expansions in care, including new ORs being added to the surgery center gradually over the next 3 years,

CASES, SCHEDULE, AND PACKAGE

The SurgiCenter is a busy 10 OR ASC, where care is provided for mainly ASA 1-3 patients. A wide variety of cases are performed including ortho, general, ENT, podiatry, eyes, peds and gyn. Some higher acuity cases are performed such as lumbar fusions, anterior fusions and hysterectomies. Comfort with pediatric cases is a must. CRNAs manage anesthetics with autonomy, while practicing in an ACT setting. CRNAs may chose to participate in the clinical instruction of anesthesia students via our on-campus program.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 7-5 pm, 4-10s with a rotating day off. However, flexibility is required considering the fast pace and occasional fluctuations in cases. OT is provided!
