We’re hiring for a full-time Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing Department at 41 Montebello Rd Pueblo, CO 81001.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Multimedia Specialist will bring Health Solutions’ story to life through compelling video, photography, and visual content. This role will focus on creating high-quality digital media that supports marketing campaigns, enhances community engagement, and showcases the impact of our programs and services. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills in video and photography production, and a passion for creating content that connects with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, websites, campaigns, and internal communications.

Capture and edit high-quality photography for marketing materials, events, publications, and the Health Solutions website.

Oversee the production of Health Solutions’ podcast, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing episodes.

Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on content planning and campaign development.

Create visually engaging assets to support brand consistency across digital and print platforms.

Provide live event coverage through video, photography, and real-time posting.

Maintain and organize multimedia files, ensuring accessibility for the team.

Stay current with trends in video, photography, and digital media to bring innovative ideas forward.

Support reporting and evaluation of digital media performance metrics as needed.

What We Are Looking For – The Must Haves

Associate’s degree in Media Production, Photography, or related field

2+ years proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production

Proficiency with photography and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

Experience managing content across social media and digital platforms

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across departments
