We're offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Munson Boatis seeking Marine Systems Technicians to join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, including fire / rescue boats, research vessels, high speed patrol boats, USCG certified passenger boats and more. Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.

This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts), allowing for a great work-life balance with a three day weekend every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, propulsion, plumbing, and carpentry systems aboard our custom boats
• Work with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems
• Assemble and install steering, control systems, and marine hardware
• Read installation instructions and interpret schematics and system diagrams
• Ensure systems meet safety, performance, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
