Location : Mitchellville Iowa

Job Summary :

As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our high-quality food products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for carefully handling, assembling, and sealing various packaging materials to meet production targets and maintain the integrity of our products. Working Monday to Friday 6am to 430pm (Overtime on Fridays, not always working Fridays however, mandatory when we do).

Key Responsibilities :

• Carefully inspect, assemble, and seal a variety of packaging materials, including boxes, bags, and containers
• Operate packing equipment and machinery with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support the overall production process
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any packaging-related issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure the delivery of top-quality products

Qualifications :

Must pass background check and drug screen

Working Conditions :

This position will be based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The work environment may involve exposure to moderate noise, temperature fluctuations, and occasional heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule, including potential weekend and holiday shifts, may be required to meet production demands.

Compensation and Benefits :

This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $17 per hour. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
