As Director of Transportation, you will oversee all transportation functions across almost 100 centers and 10 regions (and growing!). This includes strategic planning and oversight of transportation operations, fleet management, route optimization, compliance with federal and state transportation regulations, and budgetary oversight. You will provide leadership to Transportation Managers and field leaders and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for our members through effective coordination, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, they set the tone for safety, service, and operational excellence while actively identifying opportunities to enhance transportation services company-wide.
