Senior Forklift Operator
Shifts and Pay Rates Available : $25.50 per hour (+ $.75 shift differential for Weekend Shift)
Night (Q) Shift : Monday - Thursday 6 : 00pm - 4 : 30am

Purpose
Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker / cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
- Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
- Identify and communicate inventory exceptions to the leadership team
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
- Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
- Understand and apply health and safety guidelines / procedures
- Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
- Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
- Other duties as assigned

Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to : order picker, reach truck, etc.Basic math skillsAbility to communicate both verbally and written in EnglishRegularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours / dayAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesAbility to reliably attend work / scheduled hoursOccasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, or crouchRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forkliftsAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredRequired to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
