We are seeking a talented Principal to join our growing professional services team. The right candidate is someone who has extensive experience working with strategic customers and overseeing consulting service delivery while acting as a trusted advisor for customer’s key technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with senior leadership and management as well as strong program governance skills. They will be expected to be the catalyst between all stakeholders, ensuring our teams exceed our standards for excellence and innovation. Your mission will be to lead our project delivery resources to ensure successful project completions and identifying future opportunities across one or several customers. A core responsibility will be to strengthen relationships with customer executives and advise them through digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and manage multiple concurrent projects across multiple customersWork alongside the project delivery team, sales, partners, leadership team and customers to ensure engagement successBuild strong relationships with key existing clients for repeat businessMeasure project progress, client benefits, and budget expectations through tracking toolsCollaborate, review, and strengthen engineering team performance on current project delivery; including utilization and profitabilityIdentify project risks and challenges and develop resolution plansCollaborate with sales and service delivery teams to determine, develop, and deliver solution proposals and Statements of Work for prospective and existing clientsCollaborate with the VP of Customer Success to develop and implement service delivery process and engagement improvementsSingle point of contact / escalation for customer executivesSupport delivery team on project planning and kickoffStrategic advisory throughout the customer journeySupport sales pursuit for new logo customers in areas of expertiseQualifications
10+ years of consulting experience delivering professional services engagementsTrack record of delivering large, complex projectsTrack record of building key client relationships (including C-Level) and securing repeat businessDemonstrated expertise of public cloud services, preferably AWSGreat understanding of Agile project deliveryCapable of vulgarizing complex technical conceptsGreat verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsResults orientatedCustomer & partner obsessedSense of ownershipPossess a natural curiosity and excitement for learning new technologyAbility to travel as needed to support project kickoffs and key client milestonesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or businessProfessional certification with any of the major Cloud providers, preferably AWSExcellent business and planning skillsExperience coaching and educating teams to improve their overall skillsPowered by JazzHR
