Job Description

Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership, board members, and external stakeholders

Lead scaling initiatives across budgeting, payables, and grant management

Build financial models to assess feasibility of real estate and special projects

Monitor org-wide financial activity to mitigate risk and ensure compliance

Maintain accurate financial records and support audit readiness

Contribute flexibly across a lean, high-impact team environment

The Successful Applicant

Progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in Education / NFP

Proven record of success in financial analysis, project management, and problem solving.

Experience with Intacct and NetSuite
