Schedule / Shifts :

  • ASAP-Ongoing (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) w / occasional weekend call
  • Will accept 3-5 days per week
  • 3 month locum tenens assignment w / option to extend

Job Details :

  • Outpatient Community Health Center FQHC
  • Typical cases : Acute care (Colds, coughs, flus), Pain Management, Chronic Care, & Wellness / Preventative Care, Occupational medicine
  • Additional duties : Mid-level supervision; Bilingual Spanish required
  • Patient Volume : 16-20
  • All Ages seen
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Support Staff : NP, 2 MA, Front Desk, Practice Manager
  • Credentialing : 30 days
  • Require : Board certified, NC license, DEA, CPR, Bilingual Spanish
