A company is looking for a Designated Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple designated accounts and establish regular communication with customers for critical issues
Deliver exceptional service and maintain deep knowledge of assigned accounts' architecture and use cases
Report bugs and feature requests, and proactively identify recommendations to improve product quality and customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
8+ years of experience in a Technical Support environment or similar customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL data types, and experience with database performance management
Familiarity with ETL / ELT tools and cloud service provider ecosystems
Experience troubleshooting database connectivity issues and understanding of database patch and release management
