Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Safety Specialist to ensure our construction sites are safe and compliant with industry regulations. This role involves conducting safety audits, analyzing risks, and implementing safety procedures. If you have a strong background in construction safety and accident prevention, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety audits to identify and correct potential hazards.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs across various projects.
• Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Monitor air quality, noise levels, and ventilation to ensure a safe work environment.
• Train project managers and site employees on safety best practices.
• Analyze injury reports and safety data to improve risk management strategies.
• Participate in pre-bid and post-award contract meetings to discuss safety expectations.
• Review contractor safety plans to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and supervise junior safety personnel, reviewing their reports for accuracy.
• Take on additional safety-related duties as needed.
